Selena Gomez is setting the record straight on what really went down with Benny Blanco's eyebrow transformation. If you caught Blanco's viral TikTok of him getting his brows tweezed and thought, "Wait, what's happening here">

​​​​Barrymore, never one to let a beauty mystery go unsolved, got straight to the point, asking Gomez, "So did you tweeze them">

"No, my makeup artist did," Gomez clarified, giving a well-earned shoutout to her longtime beauty guru, Hung Vanngo. "I love him, he's the best," she added, making it clear that if anyone was going near her fiancé's face with tweezers, it was going to be a pro.

The Truth Behind Benny's Brow Glow-Up

So, how did Blanco end up in Vanngo's chair? It turns out it wasn't Gomez forcing a glow-up on her man—it was Blanco himself. "He was tired of hearing my makeup artist tell him he needs to do it," Gomez explained.

Blanco backed her up, itting, "He begged me. He's been begging me for so long."

For anyone thinking this was some kind of sneaky "girlfriend effect" makeover, think again. This was all Blanco's idea; he just needed a little nudge (and maybe a little moral from his fiancée).

Drew Barrymore Wants in on the Eyebrow Action

The conversation took an even funnier turn when Blanco complimented Barrymore's brows mid-interview. "Your eyebrows look good," he told the host.

Barrymore, 50, itted that her brows had been thinning, prompting Blanco to come up with a unique solution. "I'll grow a little patch for you, cut it off, and we'll just—" he joked before Barrymore ran with the idea.

Oh, they sure could. "Respectfully, yes, we can tell the difference," one fan commented. "The girlfriend effect is finally happening!!" another chimed in—though fans quickly corrected it to "the fiancée effect."

Others, however, fully approved of the pre-wedding glow-up: "Huge difference because your eyes pop more now."

While Blanco may have been the one to initiate his eyebrow transformation, there's no denying Gomez's influence. And honestly, isn't that what love is all about? ing your partner through life's little (and slightly painful) beauty upgrades?

With this latest chapter in their relationship, Selena and Benny are both couple goals and eyebrow goals.
